A comprehensive audio guide.

If you're looking for a self-help book that challenges the way you think about things, this is it. A perspective-changing book, if you implement some of the ideas! I found the book some what short and some of the stories of heroic service are told and them duplicated with the official medal narrative. Anyone looking to improve mental toughness will gain something from this book

Definitive audiobook for Forging Mental Toughness

This audio was immensely helpful. I've been struggling with my meditation practice lately and some of the tips and information have really helped me recenter and refocus. I think the self-discipline tips will also help me stay in the game. Much recommended. Helped me to realise who I am, and to help others, to be able to focus and move forward. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to understand and become truly enlightened.

Honestly...the best audiobook I have ever listened

This was honestly one of the best audiobooks I have ever listened. It's awesome how Rami Walter has combined Emotional, Mental, Physical, Spiritual, and Intuitional training into one audiobook. I have always been fascinated with the Seals and how they forge mental toughness. I recently bought "8 weeks to Sealfit" and it is a game changer! I am only 1/3 of the way through the training and I can do things that I could never do before. This audiobook is a must-have. Doesn't matter what you do for a living or what your goals are...this audiobook will change your ways to overcome challenges in life.
