A good book for beginners

I am a seasoned agent and enjoy listening to other agent's perspectives. This book touches on the basics of the what and why, but don't look for sales tips or major talking points. I did pick up a few acronyms that I have used to help clients like LIFE and DIMES though. I was already using the meanings but never listed them as an acronym and that definitely helps with clients who are feelings driven.
