Very helpful information!

I feel surprised about how it explained very well about anything about food truck, not just how to make it successful but every aspect of food truck. It also gave me different perspective about how this business works and how to make it works

Great book to pass time

I've been reading/listening to this book while at work since I can have in headphones. One of the things I have noticed is that this book highlights a lot of business ideas and concepts that can be applied to regular restaurants and online businesses. What I like most is that the book gives step by step guides to setting up your business. My favorite chapter is the one where you learn to get funding, which is really important for me. A lot of books don't go into enough detail to help you cover the financial aspect.

Fantastic overview and explanation of every aspect

I went into this as a skeptic, get ready to learn nothing new. Much to my surprise, I was very wrong. Before diving in, with this type of learning material, I usually like to think up everything I could possibly need to launch this, just to get a feel for its insightfulness on the subject. This audiobook covers every single aspect involved with running a food truck business. From startup - getting equipment and legal documents - to running the food truck's day-to-day tasks of picking locations and bringing in customers. This book covered it all.

Extremely informative

This audiobook contains so much information about starting your own food truck business. Even if someone is just contemplating starting a business, this is a great guide to all that you will need. The author discusses guidelines and procedures when it comes to starting out. The book does move a bit slow at times, but that only because the author covers everything. I would recommend someone just thinking about getting into this business should listen to this audiobook to get the gist of things.

I enjoyed this book to its entirety

He goes through some strategies to make your food truck business successful such as marketing, food truck design, permits, food safety, picking locations and creating menus. He goes into pretty good detail on each one. As the author states in the book, "if you fail to plan then you plan to fail” which is why this book will set you up to start and run your own business successfully. Overall a great introduction to the business side of food trucks.

Awesome!!

My only gripe is that this book needs another round of edits. Here's an example of a section that needs to be reworked, "You cannot rely on the old marketing adage “Build it, and they will
come.” That’s not how marketing works. " and quite a few transitions that are put at the end of sections instead of the start so if you are scrolling through it adds a lot of confusion. Example,

Amazing Audio Book

I found Walter Grant, and Andrew Hudson's advice to be insanely tangible, and as a person that has no idea what goes into entrepreneurship, I feel that I now have a solid base and the confidence to begin if and when that calling comes. Great narration, knowledge-base, tips, examples, data.

Insanely detailed and practical

This guide had everything I needed! Literally I never had to go to any other resource. That alone made the price worth it. I mean literally this book was around 15$ and I feel like I got it for free because the value is so insane. I am telling all my friends about it because it changed my whole business. As a bonus it's also COVID friendly!

The BIBLE for Food Truck Entrepreneurs

My background…I owned a very successful street cart (hot soft pretzels) and mobile hotdog (“Fast Franks”) stands in Seattle in the 1970s. Everything covered in this book is so true. I was continually impressed by the writing style and thoroughness and expertness given to every aspect of starting, operating, and most importantly, SUCCEEDING, in the mobile food business. I haven’t listen other books on this, but I can’t imagine you would find a better guide.

Must-have

I’ve read quite a few books on this topic and this is by far the most comprehensive and easy-to-understand book of them all. It covers a lot of ground and at the same time motivates you to actually take action. No fluff or redundancy either, just straight-to-point value!

GREAT but..

If you’re looking to learn the ins and outs of food trucks then this is the perfect book to show you just that. Unfortunately, a small section of the book caters only to US readers, however, you could easily look up those parts yourself with a quick search on the internet. That’s the only con about the book and for me absolutely not a deal-breaker so I would still recommend this book!
