Great book to pass time
I've been reading/listening to this book while at work since I can have in headphones. One of the things I have noticed is that this book highlights a lot of business ideas and concepts that can be applied to regular restaurants and online businesses. What I like most is that the book gives step by step guides to setting up your business. My favorite chapter is the one where you learn to get funding, which is really important for me. A lot of books don't go into enough detail to help you cover the financial aspect.

Fantastic overview and explanation of every aspect
I went into this as a skeptic, get ready to learn nothing new. Much to my surprise, I was very wrong. Before diving in, with this type of learning material, I usually like to think up everything I could possibly need to launch this, just to get a feel for its insightfulness on the subject. This audiobook covers every single aspect involved with running a food truck business. From startup - getting equipment and legal documents - to running the food truck's day-to-day tasks of picking locations and bringing in customers. This book covered it all.

He goes through some strategies to make your food truck business successful such as marketing, food truck design, permits, food safety, picking locations and creating menus. He goes into pretty good detail on each one. Awesome!!
My only gripe is that this book needs another round of edits. Here's an example of a section that needs to be reworked, "You cannot rely on the old marketing adage “Build it, and they will
come.” That’s not how marketing works. " and quite a few transitions that are put at the end of sections instead of the start so if you are scrolling through it adds a lot of confusion. Example,

GREAT but..
If you’re looking to learn the ins and outs of food trucks then this is the perfect book to show you just that. Unfortunately, a small section of the book caters only to US readers, however, you could easily look up those parts yourself with a quick search on the internet. That’s the only con about the book and for me absolutely not a deal-breaker so I would still recommend this book!
