Not what I was looking for

I was specifically looking for the key things I need to do in transitioning to vegan, the micronutrients to focus on, a scientific approach. While there is a page or two focused on that, this is a more general book - a few reasons to go vegan, some tips for how to eat vegan and a bunch of recipes.

Best book for vegan begginers

What a great book. I have been thinking for a while about going vegan and after listening to this book I have decided to go lacto ovo vegan. In my later years of life I need to change mine and my partner s lifestyle for the better.
This book has been so informative. It has given me an understanding of the different types of vegans, which I never knew. Explaining how the plant based diet works and the nutrition explanations were exemplary. It has got me very excited and I feel I have the basic tools I need to be able to do this. Thank you Henry, I look forward to more of your books. Great narrator as well.
