No content. Reviews seem fake.

I'm pretty sure most of the reviews for this are fake. There is just no content in here. None of the 5 star reviews mention anything tangible that they learned.

Not too inspiring for me

Maybe because I just finished listening to Habit by Charles Duhigg and Grit by Angela Duckworth, as much as I really want to like this book, I just can’t find it interesting and inspiring enough for me.

From a procrastinator…

The content was great and brief! Didn’t really like the voice of the narrator. But this book has given me insight on why, how I procrastinate. Especially the types… I have now downloaded the book on Kindle so I can go the 66 day program - reading through it will reinforce what I listened to.

Not worth listening

A total waste of time. Not anything helpful. It's like listening to a tale. Not worth listening to at all.

Extraordinary book!

This was well structured, easily digestible and incorporated great scientific research to further his points. the author does a fantastic job of inspiring you to take action by including tools, methods, and strategies he's used personally. He's not trying to sell you anything. He wants to help you! I enjoyed the personal anecdote as they make you feel like its possible to overcome your own personal procrastination demons.

Incredible book!

It uses a lot of (embarrassingly) relatable situations and describes how best to prepare yourself for them. It is full of simple, yet great and actionable advice, that each and every one of us can use to become a better version of ourselves. I highly recommend listening to this book.

fantastic book!

I learned new techniques that I am already utilizing. Emotion surfing, and ignoring the monkey in my brain who only wants what it wants NOW, are 2 ideas that are described so well, and so simply, that I can see them having a huge impact on my life. Just the monkey clanging cymbals in my mind takes a lot of the power away from my avoidance tendencies. Great book!

Great book !

I am as great at procrastinating. This book has lots of tips that are helpful. I have already changed some of my behaviors and my stress level has decreased. I look back at the end of the day to see what I have accomplished. I have stopped beating myself up over what I did not get done. GREAT BOOK!!!

Best book!

This book made me uncomfortable, in the best way. I was nodding my head to many of the author's procrastination points that I hadn't realized I was guilty of. Luckily there are so many relatable, easily digestible and actionable tips in here there is no way I will be procrastinating in 2018.

Pretty poor

Had high hopes for this book but it is really poor. I can’t believe I wasted my monthly credit on this. I listened to Atomic Habits before this which was so much better. The content in this book is wishy washy with no real substance.
