One of the best audible I found.

I first listen this audio book over a year ago and it really helps keep me on task still. It covers some really simple concepts in enough ways that anyone should be able to get something out of it.

Very informative and useful.

I listen the audio book and tried to follow all advice but, getting caught up in all the charting seemed so tedious I started to procrastinate doing them.
