Bogus Reviews, Awful

The reviews are made by a bot or something. There's no way anyone found this informative or persuasive.

The narrator sounds like a robot through much of the book. The only reason I can tell he's not a robot is he makes too many mistakes and mispronunciations. The writing was also more like a to do list with no explanation why or how one should implement the guidelines it introduces.

Also, the last 20 minutes of the first chapter sounds like it came from a different book! The first 40 minutes are about keto and intermittent fasting and then suddenly it changes to discussing the nuances of body language and how to persuade potential clients. I was listening while cooking and suddenly I'm like what does this have to do with obesity? I stopped listening after the beginning of chapter 2, which did go back to the original topic at least.

Very easy method controlling your obesity.

You can lose weight and stay healthy this without spending money on the expensive medicines just to keep your weight down. discipline and self control are needed, but the fact is that it is attainable, and one could surely benefit from it.

Permanently weight loss audio book.

I love my food and I am able to finally eat enough so that I do not have to be hungry all the time, I do on pretty much every diet I ever tried.I have overcome my lifetime struggle with obesity and eating disorders the out of that particular hell and build up successful life.
