For Relaxing Sleep


I got some very relaxing sleep with this audiobook.
I didn't think it would work for me because I've tried others like it and they were not able to get me to sleep. However, something about the narration by Tyla really did it for me this time.

When i was listening to this guided meditation audio script, it was like rain drops to my ears, as it was calming, soothing and relaxing. Since the time I was listening to it, I felt all my problems disappear.

Calming


I could feel myself calming down and getting into a more peaceful state as I closed my eyes and listened to this sleep guided meditation audiobook just before bed.
The narrative parts are great, it was better than expected! Soothing and effective. I am happy to have found this sleep learning audiobook!
