This book made me love my body

I loved that this audiobook put an emphasis on loving your body and healing your soul. I find that with weight loss, I’m always trying to reach this standard of beauty that I think I want to be at, but can never reach. This book made me both love my body and be comfortable with where it’s at, while also pushing me to the next level. I wasn’t stuck with this body, but instead the audiobook helped me elevate it. It’s still the same body I started with, but minus a few pounds and toned up a bit. This book really made weight loss an accomplishable thing for me!

Feeling less tired

The guided meditation that helped me to avoid feeling less exhausted and tired every morning before going to work was incredible and I must say that I felt its touch of magic. Every day I thank heaven for having found an audiobook like this.

The best audiobook I've ever heard

Many times there are people who buy useless books with few topics nowadays, but I think with this pandemic this is one of the most present topics. This is a very good audiobook, it is a real self programming workbook, it offers a lot of help. I am happy to have listened to this audiobook! 😊✨.

This book really helped me!

I bought Hypnosis for Rapid Weight Loss and Deep Sleep to help me shed those few extra pounds I gained from working from home. I found that my problem was with the foods I’d been eating. The audiobook talks about emotional eating and I realized, wow! I’ve been doing a lot of that! It’s been difficult for me to transition to working from home and I often cope with the boredom by eating, but that isn’t sustainable! It’s definitely a reason I gained weight and this book is definitely the reason I’m going to lose that weight I put on.

Good for weight loss

There is nothing wrong with taking some personal time to reprogram your own mind to think and react in a more positive and healthy way. It's a very practical and good method, it's also a tool that helps you with your all natural healthy eating that can help you control your appetite, that's why this audiobook helped me to lose weight fast and naturally. It taught me what is good for me and to set goals and not give up.

Different mornings

Every morning I wake up with a different aura, but this started to happen when I decided to do the guided meditations as this audiobook taught me. I feel like weight has been lifted off my back and my mind has been much clearer.

The greatest thing

With the pandemic I gained a lot of weight and also got depressed and anxious. This audiobook helped me to lose weight and control my appetite and overeating with the gastric band. This audiobook helps you to live in a better way if you follow correctly the advice and all the self-hypnosis, self-programming that the author offers. I encourage everyone to give it a try, I know it will be very good.

It met my expectations

I had very high expectations for this audiobook and I must say that it met and even exceeded them all. At this point fighting my stress was a daily occurrence, but a losing battle. So I decided to rely on this audiobook, which gave me several tips to finally eliminate it through hypnosis, self-help and affirmations. The benefits I got after listening to this audiobook have been really good.

VALUABLE BOOK

When I heard about hypnosis as a way to help with weight loss I was intrigued. I used to be very biased about hypnosis. I was impressed with the results I got with this audiobook, after the affimations and hypnosis you are different and your life changes. The things that this audiobook has helped me with I can't even count them, it really is a valuable book.

This is so good

Letting go of negative emotions is one of the most difficult but most important things to have full control of yourself, this audiobook manages to help you with tips and various techniques, but most of all the 150 meditations within this audiobook are really useful to help you let go of negative emotions and thoughts.

How emotions relate to food

People think that food has nothing to do with emotions, but the truth is that they are wrong! If it has to do, because many people end up eating negative emotions, that is, they end up eating food in excess, that is why we must have the mental strength not to let these emotions affect us and damage our health.

Do not let yourself fall into temptations

One of the most difficult things to do is to follow a diet, I know because I am doing it, there are several ways by which one can relapse into bad eating habits, what we must remember is what we learned with hypnosis and meditation so we can achieve the goal we have set.

The self-hypnosis to motivate to lose weight

Nature sounds like falling asleep

I love that this audiobook contains a part where the narrator explains that we need the sounds of nature to relax and how it uses its voice to get us into a state of relaxation so we can sleep peacefully.

Having a good sleep

Before I had no idea about the importance of sleep, I thought I was able to play for hours on my video game console but I realized that I was not performing much in my studies, today I have stopped playing so much so I can perform better in my day and my studies. What are the effects of sleep deprivation?

If one does not rest well, the body feels fatigued, tired, and constantly sleepy, happened to me, I felt that I did not have enough energy for the day but thanks to this audiobook I realized how important it is to sleep and as it has a meditation and hypnosis guide I use it to have a good sleep.

Change from being your worst enemy to becoming you

What really happens is that when you have low self-esteem, it affects you in every way. I realized that if you have a positive attitude and aptitude, everything will work out for you. This audiobook helped me to understand myself.
