Eating disorders

I have bulimia problems, although it is hard for me to accept it and I am currently in therapy to get out of this difficult problem. This book caught my attention and the first topic I listened to was the one dedicated to eating disorders. It has given me a lot of strength and courage and now I have more mastery and control of my body and it has been incredibly good for me. I am eternally grateful to the author, the meditation has helped me, and it is no lie.

This book is well worth buying

I do not regret buying this book. It really motivated me a lot to think differently and to realize the reasons for my cravings for sweets and junk food. I will literally put into practice what I learned with such valuable information.

This book is among the top ten self-help books I have ever read or listened to, especially for helping people lose weight through hypnosis and meditation to control anxiety and food cravings, losing weight without stress. It is definitely very helpful and worth putting into practice.

Losing weight through hypnosis?

After listening to this book I consider that it is very possible to lose weight through hypnosis and meditation, as meditation is known to have great benefits for both mental health and the health of our body once we learn to master our body, i.e. our bad habits, and how to have self-control not to overeat, etc. So weight loss is not going to be the exception.

A quite informative book

I learned a lot about hypnosis, the different techniques that exist, meditation and the importance of positive thoughts and affirmations while going through a frustrating process such as losing weight. Highly recommended!!

This is best audio book i ever seen.

I'm really liking this bundle. It includes a lot of techniques and methods for healthy eating and to stop unhealthy habits. Brings awareness to bad habits and helps steer you in the right direction. Great for autocorrecting yourself and staying on track with your diet.

Hypnosis for weight loss

The power of the mind is very great. It is always said that words have power but also our thoughts can influence our attitudes. I liked the audiobook and its approach of using hypnosis to lose weight without going on a strict diet. It all depends on your mind and how you act on your body.

Hypnosis and meditation

I have always been fascinated by topics related to psychology, especially hypnosis, meditation, thought control, subconscious, mind control, and I also know that all affirmations both negative and positive can affect one's outlook on life and people as well as health and weight. I find it very useful.

A different approach

The different approach to weight loss proposed in this book definitely caught my attention. It was the reason I bought it and it has lived up to my expectations. What it teaches you is really useful to have a better lifestyle and I can say that it really helps you.
