Love this! It actually works too

Love this! It actually works too! Was a bit skeptical but thought I'd give it a try. I've lost weight in the two weeks since buying it. Very happy! i have found this very intreging, i was very suspicious, but i can't eat a full meal i have gone to a smaller plate, i have to be careful as i'am a diabetic on insulin, i have lost 9lb so far, have had to lower my insulin with my nursed consent as i was having low sugar readings, so far very happy.

Here’s the great book also happy me

I love this audio book .I finished this book . And I have just finished this book and am looking forward to the changes it will bring. I will find a quiet time to listen to the audio, I am looking forward to the new and happy way of living rather than just existing on my past diets. Iits been 5 days if listening to this and with no exercise at all, only the same amount of walking I've always done i have already lost 1 kg.

Converted cynic - it’s working already.

I am a cynical, serial-dieter who has tried every diet, succeeded very well at some, but have always reverted to bingeing, being very overweight and deeply unhappy. I was at desperation point a couple of weeks ago. His technique is perfect and you get exactly the time it says. No stupid synthesizer fill trying to stretch the time so they can charge more. Hope this works better than the actual band did. And without the complications the actual band caused... Incredible!!

Success

I have have a hard time losing weight. I am at a desk all day and want to scack. I started listening on Sunday night and it is Wednesday and have no wanted anything sweet or snack. So now the weight is coming off. It seems to work for me, I don't know if I really feel full . I used to, but then again I was overeating and now I am not. I'm very conscious of when to stop eating, I eat smaller portions and I do chew very slowly and more than twenty times. It works for me, and it gives me determination to stay with it.

Interruptions to play

This book is great for those that are overweight because of things like overeating. Me however not so much. I did learn things about overeating and the different eating disorders. However, it doesn't cover medical conditions. I particularly adored the manner in which the audiobook conveys express regions to help make discipline and after each portion the speech audits the basic take sways.

The best book that I've had!

You need confidence and clear plan to lose weight. This book gave me lot of weight loss tips. I listen to affirmation section for few days. Not seeing any results, but this book gave me confidence and courage. Beats surgery audio book

I choose this reiting because the book is fantastic, very useful and I got it very fast. Never had problems with orders from Amazon. I would recommend this book to all people who wants to be in contact with their bodies and eat with full awareness. I found an Amazing audiobook for me

This is a quick, fun, and informative listen. The small cost of the book could save you from making a bad decision on trash or a treasure or from a greedy relative or unscrupulous individual taking advantage of you. It was educational and a fun walk down memory lane reading about a lot of "the stuff" we grew up around. Grateful!

I love that. The meditation that we will do has the objective of reaching the most profound parts of you. The one that directs you when you need to take every one of those smaller than usual decision that has a significant effect in accomplishing the objectives you set. I found an Amazing audiobook for me. The part that can go from being your most exceedingly awful foe ever to your best and dedicate partner. The creator did an excellent job. I want to recommend that to all.

I learned many effective things from this audible.

Great book with lots of info

"This book is much more in depth and has even more powerful self-hypnosis scripts and hypnosis files (written and recorded by one of, if not, the best Hypnotherapists in the world) that go along with it. If you commit and follow the process, you will accomplish any goals associated with the topic of this book.

This is an amazing listen and very eye opening. I listen Close Your Eyes, Get Free and it transformed my life by showing me how to change bad or toxic behaviors and giving me the tools to do that."

Must Listen!

I’ve seen some negative reviews and it looks to me like none of those people have actually practiced any of the steps the book teaches at all... how can you judge a book if you don’t follow the steps the program it teaches? Anyway it’s shame because if they had they’d already be feeling a lot better. I’m so excited to continue this journey and to hit my target goal of 15 lbs lost by the end of the 12 weeks!

This is an interesting approach to weight loss

I'm currently following this book's plan and so far so good. Self-hypnosis has worked for me as far as eating healthfully and getting on an exercise routine that is sustainable and enjoyable. However, I'm not a fan of her voice (sorry Grace!), so the guided meditation audios are not for me.

This is an interesting approach to weight loss. I've never tried hypnosis before but I have tried meditation and don't see a huge difference in the approach.

Outstanding

I have substituted them with other professionals' audio prompts I find on YouTube and so far so good. I also have a different app for healthy meal recipes. All things considered, by integrating the listening with other materials, it is possible to stick to this plan and Grace's techniques have greatly improved my motivation.

The best techniques and strategies to learn

There is an incredible amount of positive support in this book. It written in a very positive, nonjudgmental manner with a nice, realistic humor sprinkled in. There is free access to hypnosis recordings, and a Facebook group where you can find support from hundreds of people.

While weight loss is the goal, it is just one benefit that comes from healing these different parts of yourself. You will also learn how to stop negative self-talk, let go of limiting beliefs, self-judgment, guilt, and find appreciation for your body- for what it is and what is does for you every day.

I'm currently following this book's plan

This audiobook gives readers the basic knowledge needed to know what actually works and what is just the newest trendy idea that will only last for a while. This is not only a book for losing weight, but for maintaining a healthy lifestyle that can benefit you long after you listen the last page.

This is a Suggestion Trance

This is a new approach from what you normally hear or listen about, but so good! Learn how to become more mindful about what you are eating and how you are eating! It will amaze you and be very eye opening! I myself have noticed a big difference!

Very useful audiobook...

Super awesome listen! I haven’t heard of some of the tips and tricks in this book such as the 24 hour fasting! Really informative and will definitely be trying some of these techniques! I've loved this audiobook and have found certain ideas extremely useful. Some of the scripts are useful starting points on which to build and personalize for clients. Would really recommend.

I have begun using meditation to assist in weight loss. This is a great book for anyone who has been unsuccessful with other weight loss methods.
