Something I can recommend

I want to get the rest of my family to start listening to positive affirmations. It's hard when you're trying to improve yourself, and you're into positive thinking and spirituality, and the people around you are not. Instead of me trying to force everyone around me to read all of my favorite self help books, I think it'll be much easier for them to just spend a few minutes a day listening to this. That's something I think I can actually convince them to do, and this audiobook will be a great start

Very versatile

Interesting how they market this as affirmations, meditation, and hypnosis. So depending on how you want to use it, or when you want to use it, you have that variety

Positive thinking great for morning commute

I know a lot of people are working from home right now (lucky!) but not all of us have that same luxury. Some people still have a long, boring commute to work that's really far from home, and it would be a total drag and a complete bore without this audiobook. There's no better way to pass the time in the car than listening to this. It primes me with positive thinking so I can start my day in a good mood.

Great for multi tasking

If you're going to be asleep for 8 hours, I guess you might as well also be working on yourself and reprogramming your mind with positive thinking at the same time. This is perfect for that!

It's obvious that a lot of time was put into making this positive affirmations audiobook. They don't just repeat the same affirmations over and over again in this. Each one is unique and different so it doesn't get boring and repetitive. Retraining yourself for positive thinking can be really hard, but this audiobook makes it easy.

Wake up feeling new

I find that I wake up in a good mood after listening to affirmations in my sleep. This has become an essential part of my nightly sleep routine and it's hard to imagine going back to when I was without it.

Great for Self Hypnosis

These affirmations are great to use to fall asleep to and rewrite negative self thoughts and beliefs in your sleep. It's like hypnotizing yourself to self improvement and boosting your self confidence without even trying.

Great workout hack

I used to waste time watching TV at the gym and looking at reality tv shows, thinking that well at least I'm working out while watching tv instead of just sitting down eating chips watching TV lol. But this is actually so much better to listen to positive affirmations while you workout so it's like I can improve my body while improving my mind at the same time. Love it!

Soothing music

They did a great job sourcing the music for these affirmations, and a great job incorporating it in in a balanced way. It's hard to find the balance between volume of music and volume of the narrator's voice, but I think they struck it just right with this one. The music is at a good volume, not too distracting in comparison to the narrator's voice saying the affirmations
