Publisher's Summary

The book you are about to listen to offers a host of unique benefits that cannot be ignored if you that if you are chasing the ultimate goal. As many know, it is imperative to understand that everybody has just one nature. You can't be an individual from two camps!

A few people, particularly those who have recently begun considering I Love My Imperfection, believe that they are a blend of the distinctive character types. They recognize qualities which seem to help this hypothesis.

Our natures are not equivalent to our primary inspiration. It might be hard to group yourself as a specific sort. We, as a whole, have a picture of who we are, instead of learning what our identity is.

It may be valuable to ask a dear companion, whom you confide in 100 percent, to give you some input on your character. The ability to execute based on the input will bring success, and success will bring those aspiring to be part of their overall leadership.

Moreover, over the years, self-reflection has acquired a bad reputation. They have taught us that focusing alone is destructive and leads to narcissism, the culmination of my first attitude, regardless of the circumstances of the individual.

Only the approaches of self-criticism and the self-reflection are different. Self-reflection focuses only on the outside world and oneself. Self-criticism, however, goes further in the process by examining yourself and your work from a critical angle.

Presented in logical order, this audiobook covers critical topics like:

  • Ways to take action without the fear
  • Self-criticism
  • Tips for overcoming negative self-criticism
  • Ways to be less critical
  • Steps to find your identity and your true self
  • Overcoming perfectionism
  • And more!

It is essential to keep in mind that life does not always go according to plan, but it is still useful to understand why or how events go wrong, because the moment of failure is an opportunity to learn, improve, and use a different course of action and more money.

The journey of you finding out the secret of loving your imperfection starts here!

The audio book is awful. I mean seriously creepy The Imperfectionist not in a good way. I have listened to other audio books from this narrated and they were great.

Amazing audio book like a short story

I have listen other self help audio books in the past. I found myself feeling depressed and ordered this audio book. This audio book actually helped me out of my depression - perfectionism is actually a big part/cause of me feeling down.

This audio book is different than other self help

I would recommend this audio book. He make a lot of points I haven't personally considered before. A few chapters resonated with me more than others, but those that did really impacted my perspective on things, and I'm happier and enjoying life more as a result.

This audio book such a successful project.

That the author has managed to relate this in an original, simple, yet enthralling manner is what makes this such a successful project.

I fully relate to where I have focused more

Being and having perfectionist tendencies I fully relate to where I have focused more. Which are: 1. Unrealistic expectations, 2. Rumination, 3. Need for approval, 4. Concern over mistakes, and 5. Doubts about actions.

I think one of the most helpful perspectives

I think one of the most helpful perspectives this audio book offers is its emphasis on "lowering the bar" rather than psyching you up to be able to reach the high bar.

I had to laugh when he mentioned that a perfection

I had to laugh when he mentioned that a perfectionist would try to fix everything all at once with mini habits and fail. I have three times now attempted to take on about 20 mini habits at the same time...

Full marks to the author for originality that work

Full marks to the author for originality that works: What works better with the listener than a audio story (or stories) of human experiences with their sensibilities and imperfections laid bare.

Best audible book perfectionism

One of the best audio books I have ever listen. The way this audio book is organized and presented was the clearest way I have ever been presented with the affliction of perfectionism. By the end of the first section, I felt that Stephen had defined it in a way that made me see it from many different facets, and I felt incredibly aware of the insidious nature of perfectionism. In the second section I felt inspired and willing to take the steps he outlines to break out of it.
