This is a self-help book that explains how to use

This is a self-help book that explains how to use CBT to overcome anxiety, depression and various phobias. It helps to know how the brain works. I enjoyed listening to this book and all the insights it contained. This book is totally set up so you can follow it yourself. I'm going to look at other books by this author. This was a very good book.

Terrible performance and English language use.

Holy heck, robot voice and sounds like it was written by someone who doesn't understand the English language on a colquial scale. Terrible. Couldn't get through the first chapter.

Very interesting and helpful

Short read but focused on the topics. Self Discipline is where it all starts for our personal successes. I plan on listening to this multiple times. If we assess where we have not succeeded as individuals, I'm sure we can pinpoint our errors as a lack of self-discipline.
