Good book bad voice choice

The book is great and give out great information. But, the person reading it kills it. The voice is annoying and condescending. I have a had time even listening to it. I will purchase the book and let kindle read it, that is how bad the choice was in the voice casting. I should have asked for my money back as I cannot listen to it. Two big thumbs down which a shame as the content is rather brilliant

Worthless.

An audiobook is not a suitable format for the kind of reference, and neither is an ebook. You really need to sit down with it and flip between questions and answers and so on.

BUT, the book content is worthless anyway. For one thing, "official study guide" is just a lie, since there's a different study guide that you'll get if you sign up for the official (expensive) instructor-led course. For another, the CBK is supposed to be the real reference material (but it's also pretty worthless).

Ultimately, ISC2 are just trying to make as much money as possible by selling vague books for an exam with vague questions. Go for the third-party "All in One" book if you want better coverage of the material for less. But buy the hardcopy, not the ebooks or audiobooks.

Excellent resource to learn on the go!

This is the official study guide for CCSP certification and a great resource to listen to when you are walking or driving.
A good way to use this is to read the chapter, and then review it while you are walking- activating both the visual and auditory senses.
