Title is really missleading.

Although this book can be helpful, especially for the cristian people, this book is not for me, for sure, so I cant recomend it.

A Basic Common-sense Approach to Thinking.

This is a straightforward narrative on how not to put yourself down with the words that you say to yourself. It's probably stuff that you know already, but with some alternative examples that you can use.

Useful for an enhanced meditation (Mindfulness) session.
