Story
CrossFit trainer Ben Bergeron has helped build the world's fittest athletes, but he's not like other coaches. He believes that greatness is not for the elite few; that winning is a result, not a goal; and that character, not talent, is what makes a true champion. His powerful philosophy can help anyone excel at all aspects of life. Using the dramatic competition between the top contenders at the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games® as a background, Ben explores the step-by-step process of achieving excellence and the unique set of positive character traits necessary for leveling up to world-class. The mindset and methodology that have produced some of the greatest athletes in the world's most grueling sport can work equally well for golfers, lawyers, artists, entrepreneurs - anyone who's willing to commit totally to becoming better than the best.

My first ever book review.
1st and foremost congrats on a great book. I loved every chapter. The writer did a great job of covering a lot of different topics with enough detail and its benefits toward your career to give you an idea of where to start building skills. I just finished the book a few minutes ago and felt moved to write a review. I know that I will be listening to this book a few more times through and will be looking for more informational content by the author. Nice job reminding us where to find more. Lol
Thank you, loved it, I walked away with a lot.

Fitness marketing essential.
This book gives you a fantastic strategic overview of how to obtain customers, maintain relationships and get them to advocate your fitness brand. I would recommend Ignite the Fire to anyone starting up their own business in the fitness industry, whether that be as a personal trainer, sports clothing company or nutrition brand.
My only negative criticism would be, in order to make this book more evergreen, the writer does not go into specifics on how to implement digital marketing strategies.
If you are not a personal trainer (such as a clothing company, wearable tech company, gym instructor/ owner, work in gym marketing or a nutritional brand owner), there a few chapters that will feel they do not apply directly to you, however i recommend staying the course as it will give you good ideas for your website and content marketing.
The performance by Pete Cataldo overall was good however at many points became laborious with cadence repetition.
