Loved the story. Great narration.

I have been married 38 years and the author captured the ebb and flow. The humor was excellent.

Depressing AF

Not sure how anyone enjoyed this. I personally could go the rest of my life without having to hear a couple bicker back and forth for an hour. Also not at all funny. I felt like I must have listened to something completely different that a lot of these reviews.

Depressing. Not funny.

I am into dark humor, sure. But this was just sad, and ultimately boring.

Much funnier than I thought it would be

I could relate to the diatribe between the deceased husband and deceased wife, and really appreciated the Bounty representative's input which kept the conversation humorous.

Surprisingly insightful and funny in all the right places

This book may appeal more to someone with more than a few years of marriage behind them, but the premise - of Bounty doing market research with a recently deceased married couple who switched brand loyalty just before they died - creates unexpected opportunities to get to the heart of the challenges of marriage and knowing your spouse. An hour well-spent.

Absolutely brilliant! What a sadly funny way to illustrate just how important communication is in a marriage. It was so well written and performed. Lots of food for thought!

Great Storyline

What a great short story, the storyline was perfect. It definitely was an "original" one! I love the married couple & how the questions they are being asked help them realize so very much about their marriage.
I absolutely recommend this, it's a really great, ironic shirt story.

Bizarrely real life…

No clue where concept for this came from but such a true reflection on life, marriage, kids, growing older, and Bounty Paper Towels : -))))
Worth the hour of listening to remind that little stuff can make all the difference or can make no diffuser all.

Witty and original story of Bounty paper towels

This is a quirky story of a recently deceased couple being interviewed by a market research analyst on behalf of Bounty paper towels. They look back over their lives and contemplate what went wrong whilst answering questions about brand loyalty and their attitude towards cost, absorbency, sheet size (apparently smaller sheets are a false economy) and strength. This is highly original and it genuinely made me laugh out loud. I still prefer Fiesta though. I don't know, somehow it has a nicer feel than other brands.

Funny, poignant and highly recommended

I picked this one up because I really enjoy all of Carol Monda’s narration. All the acting was great and the story unravelled in a really clever way.

A total surprise - quirky and fun!

The characters develop well through this interview style performance. Having three narrators works well. Amusing and enjoyable, great for a short and quirky story! Well recommended!

Entertaining

This short story takes an interesting approach to uncovering the issues in a marriage with a survey into the couples paper towel use. It’s very well written and definitely enjoyable.
