Publisher's Summary

When one night creates a forever they never saw coming.

The debut St. Skin novel. Full-length stand-alone romance with guaranteed HEA and no cheating.

Cass: I always remember Scarlett as the one-night-stand who got away from me. I fell in love; she took off. It feels like a lifetime ago now, though. I traded in my guitar for a needle, working at St. Skin, bringing other people's stories to life through tattoos. Though I still think about her, I know I'll never see her again. But I never knew that after she left our one night, she left pregnant.

She never told me. I only find out when her best friend comes crashing into my life and my heart with a baby in her arms - my daughter. With my life turned upside down, I struggle to figure out what it all means: being a father and finding a new love growing in the place reserved for the woman I lost but thought of as my forever love. It feels crazy - and wrong - but I don't care.

Diem: A car accident takes my best friend's life, and now I'm raising her baby. I've fought hard to do everything to keep Paisley as my own, but I know her father is out there, and he deserves to know the truth. The last thing I expect to find is the sexiest man I've ever met - complete with muscle, tattoos, and an attitude to match. I'm not going to force him to be a father, and I'm certainly not going to force him to get close to me. But I need the help.

Meeting Cass was supposed to make life easier. As I fall for him, I realize everything is becoming more complicated.

Don’t always believe what you read

Please don’t let the reviews discourage you into not listening b/c u will absolutely miss out on a great story... I I think it’s absolutely amazing how they put rock, art, love, loss, hurt and acceptance all into one book. It definitely was an incredible listen with 2 of amazing narrators 😊 I

I’m just hoping 🤞🏼that they add a story regarding Tate

In her words

I read this book a long time ago but listening to Aiden Snow and Savannah Richards narrate it felt so much better. They truly brought these complex, wonderful people to life. I loved it!

Aiden Snow...best part of story

I do not like books that go back and forth in time. It's annoying and sometimes confusing. Present, years past or hours past. I can leave it.

I wanted to continue but the time machine angle and the poor, pitiful me angst of the heroine ruined it.

He said, she said, they said, .................

Said...said.....said...... said..........totally ruins a story, especially Audio!!!!! You’d think the Audio directors could figure that out and let the narrators not read all he said 🤷‍♀️

Love lives on!

I picked this book because Savannah Richards is one of my favorite narrators. She does great job on the voices for the women and the men. Aiden did a great job for the men, not so much for the women, but I still enjoyed him, and I always love when authors make the investment into a male and female narrator, it really elevates the story in my opinion.

I also thought the story was very creative, which was refreshing! It pulls at your heart strings and believe me you will feel all different type of emotions, that's for sure!

I will definitely be keeping this one in my library, so I can listen again in the future.

A solid 3stars

The story was decent. The narrators were really good. There were a lot of I said, he said, and she said in the book which made the narration seem redundant.

Loved the narrators!

Aiden Snow made this narration perfection. Savannah RIchards did an excellent performance too. I enjoyed the story but felt some punch was missing. Narration made the audible so very enjoyable. Could listen to Aiden Snow read for hours.

Not bad but not memorable

I like that their paths keep crossing and also run parallel with each other. There was no suspense or real drama.
