Immediately buying the physical edition

Okay, I'm usually a pessimistic person when it comes to self-love books and workshops but my oh my I'm so glad I came across this one. Lashae really goes into depth on topics and gives you a working game plan that will be customized for you to break cycles and truly dig deep into the beauty of your life. Im going to order the physical edition now just so I can have a physical version to work alongside listening to it. This is an A+ title hand down and has much more depth than most self-love titles on the market now!

Self-love helps for success!

It is helpful psychological content with philosophical thoughts and practical suggestions on how to respect yourself and therefore respect others. I needed to relax first and flow with the topic. So be ready to prepare yourself for a quiet place. I agree with the author that people who always agree with you won't bring you success, but in my case, I have only a few people like that, so I don't see the problem, and we are safe in that matter. "What's up?" thing always surrounds us... I won't try to explain that here. It is better to listen to this book. Self-love, for me, is like self-respect and it was nice to hear the author's opinion.

Improving my relationship with Myself

I have been on this self-loving and journey of my awareness of self. I am still new into my journey and discovering this book has helped me get through some of my limiting beliefs that were given to me during the upbringing of my childhood. Use this book to help you love you more. I really enjoy this book, I am currently reading some of the chapters over again. There are some helpful tools in this book and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to take the words from the book and apply it to help improve my everyday life. I really enjoyed this book, the narrator's delivery of the Author's message was well received.

I have been struggling

Powerful, healing

Bought this as self-love is something I've struggled with creating in recent years, and after listening discovered many of the roots for this belief system in myself. By the end I had not only learned how to address many of these broken thought patterns, but release and heal them, ultimately finding compassion for myself. Inspirational and Uplifting!

The book gives insight into self-discovery, with the mind being the base. The book is a guide that helps with self-discovery to know how to go from being miserable to being happy and have a good root to be strong and have a lasting change. Failure is discouraging but the book encourages forging forward so as not to be stagnant and allows the mind to have a good content flow to water the garden of the mind to remain fresh and productive.

An Amazing Self-Help Guide!

I definitely needed this amazing guide as I'm not in my best period right now. This book helped me the reason and woke me up from this depressing situation. As I Lost myself during the way obviously thanks to my job I started to pick up really bad habits and become lazy even on my off days just staying at home doing nothing. This amazing audiobook helped me through during this period and I started to help myself from The "inside-out" and start to build my confidence up. Change begins with Inner work

Great read, provides a whole new perspective on how and why we think and make certain decisions in life and sheds light on how many of these decisions are based on environmental influences and false expectations. This book has helped me understand why I felt this way and provides some great theory and steps on how to re-ignite your ambition and fulfil your potential! There are some great takeouts from this audiobook!

There is a lot to learn in this book! Self-respect and self-love, exercising, eating right, keeping a journal, and working on your inner thoughts are all ways to build self-respect.

If you want to become more self-aware and work on yourself, this book is for you.

I appreciated the author's distinction between the voice in your head and the voice in your head. I thought this was very interesting and jumped out as a critical takeaway for me.

As a coach, I will be adding it to my must-listen for clients.

Fantastic reading

Well this book offers the lot! How to build self respect, how to love yourself, ways to improve yourself, to exercise, eat right, keep a journal, work on your inner thoughts. If you want to do something today to become more self aware and work on yourself this book is highly recommended.

An action packed book on how to self love again , learn how things like keeping a journal can be great for the mind and help u, things like diet , exercise and setting achievable goals can help u get your confidence back and learn to love yourself again
