This book is a good choice.

As a trained Master Gardener, I am always out there looking for good books on good ideas. This book has many ways a person can still grow healthy and yet have it blend into their surroundings. I have used some of the good information in programs that I teach. This book is a good choice.

Super

I have purchased this book three times for gifts and will likely buy more. It is one of those books that everyone can use and enjoy even if they didn’t think so, beforehand. Filled with useful tips and inspiring images. For a great gift, present with a planter or two!

This is a great book

This is a great book, has a lot of ideas for container gardening from cheap and quick to more luxurious and "complex" setups. Each one though is pretty easy to do at the end of the day, it's just a matter of what type of container you want. All in all, the book is loaded with easy to follow directions, guidance and a ton of colorful pics to help inspire.

An excellent book

This an excellent book to inspire ideas with wonderful pictures. It gives you the breakdown for making a beautiful container garden such as the "filler, spiller and thriller" concept. I do appreciate that the first chapter is dedicated to the basics, which gives you an understanding of what it is your trying to accomplish.

Good Iinformation

It provides information on plants based on your "zone". This is invaluable to me as I live in Florida and have completely different concerns than someone, say, in Wisconsin. It goes through the various different containers as well as giving you a guideline for selecting plants to combine. I live in a townhouse so this will be used a lot

This is a really great book.

This is a really great book. I have a previous version of this that was very useful in my landscaping business. Good ideas for a lot of really upscale container arrangements. A lot of good information about containers and soil. Good watering tips as well. Come on Spring!! A lot of these arrangements require plants that are not readily available in parts of the country, which makes this a little harder and especially if you are on a budget.

It Is A Keeper

This book on container gardening is a comprehensive guide that is a worthy addition to the gardener's library. Whether you have rolling acres to cultivate or a tiny space on a fire escape, everyone has room for a container and would benefit from the basic instructions on how to set it up and the decorative ideas for how to make it a showstopper.

This is a very useful book

This is a very useful book if you need ideas for container gardens. They have the whole nine yards from tiny end-table gardens to giant line-your-estate-driveway show pieces. This book covers the basics and covers lots of information on pots, soils, plants, lighting factors or locations and the plants and foliage that will help make your container look like it was made by a pro.

Very pretty book!

There are some great ideas and samples in this book. I particularly really like that they have "recipes" for most of the planters shown. I did learn more about how to plan (plants of similar sun and water requirements) and plant containers. Time will tell if I am successful. Very pretty book!
