Publisher's Summary

You've probably been living with your insecurity for days, months, or even years, and you're so used to it that you can no longer distinguish between perception and reality.

Have you ever heard of the inner voice?

That's right. We are talking about that damn voice that is rooted in you, and that only affects your reality.

Most people, throughout their lives, develop an inner dialogue with themselves. This can be of great advantage when used to evaluate important aspects of one's life, to make a decision, or to take courage in the most difficult moments.

But when this dialogue leads to devaluing oneself, judging one's own value and identity, it generates negative emotional states of anxiety and depression. It becomes a real limit, sometimes insuperable!

How many times do you have to ask yourself:

  • Do you love me enough?
  • And that's really the person for me?
  • What if he abandons me?
  • Are you cheating on me?
  • I'm not up to it!
  • I can't be without him/her!

These are just a small part of the questions you probably ask yourself every day.  But the root of the problem is not only the questions you ask yourself but how they affect you.

The point is that in love, insecurity plays a fundamental role and if you are not willing to question that cursed inner voice, you will be destined to be literally devoured by it, endangering your result.

And if there’s a practical way to question that damn voice?

And if there was a way for your insecurity to become your winning weapon?

In this audiobook:

  • You will understand the deep meaning of love. What does it mean to be in love? What does it mean to love a person? We have never questioned its true meaning, yet we take it for granted that we know it. Greater awareness means greater safety in love. This will be your new starting point
  • You will learn to get to the root of the problem by understanding the doubts and false beliefs that give rise to your insecurities. Going deep and overcoming those emotions that keep us chained, is the only way to win the inner war that you fight daily.
  • You'll learn to manage your inner voice. You will understand with practical examples how our mind works, and you will never allow that damn voice to undermine your self-esteem again.
  • You will learn the best strategies to overcome your insecurity in love right away.
  • You will learn to improve your self-esteem, strengthen your confidence, and bring your relationship to a level you've always dreamed of.

The author of this audiobook, in each section, will provide you with the necessary tools that will accompany you step-by-step in search of your inner serenity.

It will help you feel more confident in your relationship by answering all those questions you have not been able to answer so far.

Digging deep and explaining what happens is the only way to defeat our worst enemy insecurity.

If you've come this far, it means you're interested in the audiobook. Get it now!

I hope you always feel sure of yourself.

To your life!

A perfect book about these topics

I would definitely recommend it if you're the needy, clingy, or jealous type and would like to change that. I'd also recommend listening Attached by Amir Levine. The author published an outstanding guide.

Those actionable phrases help me a lot

This book helped me to understand why I think and operate how I do in relationships and have practical and insightful tips and exercises to help guide me through and move into a more secure attachment style as opposed to the anxious preoccupied attachment style that I have💃🏼

Facile to detect the direction and clear examples

I was told I might be codependent, but that never seemed right to me - turns out it's not. This book helped me tremendously already. Would recommend to anyone. I bought this guide from Amazon and It's helpful for all of us.

I think this is a reliable book for us

This is a terrific book for anyone looking to understand and heal the anxiety they feel in relationships. I've used it in my personal life and often recommend it to clients in my therapy practice. I love it and suggest it.

The reader ruins it for me

I really need this book. I don't have the time I'd like to read, so I downloaded it to listen on my commute. The narrator, though, makes it impossible for me to listen. Her narration is stilted and unnatural, and her voice is a little quirky. It's not like I have an issue with readers often, but when it's so distracting that I find myself not wanting to listen, it's a problem. If I thought it would be honored, I'd ask for a refund.

Good content, terrible narration

I couldnt finish this one. Although the content was informative and helpful, the narrator was so monotone and ran sentences together and I could not follow much of it.

Narrator - no

Did not enjoy the narrator at all. Her accent was hard to listen through. “Goal” was pronounced as “Goh.”

Tough listen

Good content, but the narrator made it challenging to listen. She sounded as if she was simply reading the book. Perhaps I have gotten jaded listening to audiobooks where the narrator makes it sound as if she was speaking to me. The editing was fairly poor; it was blatantly obvious when clips were added after the initial recording. This made it a big distraction. The saving grace was that the content truly resonated with me and some very good insights presented

Realistic advice provides in honest ways

I purchased the Audible version. It's was extremely helpful in connecting the dots for me. I had seen therapists before and been through group therapies. I want to prefer this guidebook for everyone who is searching as like this guide.
