Short rollercoaster ride
I've been interested in this book for a while but the summary and low reviews always deterred me. I finally listened to it and I was very, very pleasantly surprised. The book is full of ups and downs -- from dull to intriguing and fast-paced to slow-- and all in the best way possible. Every single time I was almost unimpressed or I thought I knew what would happen, I was immediately steered the other direction. The times where I felt disappointed in the story line for seemingly plateauing with all the potential to make a great story -- the author does just that. The premise might be odd but get past that and follow the character development and you will be surprised. There were some gaps and extra details that ended up being irrelevant, but the parts that were used made up for it. There are about 3 big turning points in the book and each time my jaw dropped in shock. It's not the best mystery suspense thriller, but it does have more twists than other higher rated books. An example off the top of my head is the book, Dead Letters by Caite Dolan-Leach, as a whole it was a good piece of literature and extremely long, but with little to no excitement or suspense; and this book, Interference, was far more riveting and interesting. For "shock value" or a quick thrilling ride, I do recommend this book. I gave it higher ratings than I wanted to because overall it deserves to be accordingly rated.

Don't waste your money
That was the dumbest storyline I've ever read and I'm mad I lost hours of my life over it. The end was redeeming but only by a little and still couldn't make up for the most ridiculous storyline I've ever heard. I feel like this author had a writers block and put down the first misguided idea they had. Don't waste your money.

Odd. Implausible.
I realize logic doesn't apply to fiction, but legality does. What begins as a rational novella devolves into a situation that cannot possibly be legal under any circumstances, which the author employs as a "twist". At this point all buy-in ceased. I continued to listen, but honestly... I'd stopped caring, as the ending was pretty much a foregone conclusion.

Not Intriquing
I didn’t feel at all engaged by this recording and I found it distracting that there were 3 separate view points. One of those viewpoints, Chloe, was in first person; the other two were third person - I was irritated by this hodgepodge method of writing. My interest in the plot may have been influenced by this, but I didn’t think the story was clever or suspenseful. The ending was meant to be a shock, but by that point, I didn’t care...

More Interference Than Signal
Hard to know where to start with this one. I liked the sound of it especially with multiple narrators. Some books with larger casts have proved very enjoyable recently. This format though, where each narrator leads a chapter with "their" character to the fore just doesn't work so well for me. It's a confusing mix of first person, third person and monologue with changes even within a chapter occasionally. The quality of the narrators varies considerably and I won't say who but one of them just irritated the hell out of me.
None of the characters come over very well and their personalities seem to veer off substantially to suit the plot. And that plot, well I never do spoilers but I'd be surprised if this one particularly with its very contrived ending pleases many readers.
Really this book feels like a half-decent idea for a short story dragged torturously out into a novella. Not my most enjoyable purchase.
