Love it. Really a good book!

Lovely! Nice to have it! Originally I borrowed this book from our library. There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. This collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews. Great book!

Good book.

The health and fasting information in this book is very good and very complete.This is an extraordinary book on the subject of weight reduction. Everything, tips and aides that I have to think about how to get fitter adequately and quick are as of now included and elegantly composed inside.

Nice Book

Intermittent Fasting is a perfect book for me. I tried this book recipes its give me a better result. I am learning lots of new things and I'm grateful for the fact that this cookbook offers flexible recipes, suitable for all kinds of dietary restrictions. Just because I’ve always wanted to make something special out of my cooking and this is the chance not only to improve my cooking abilities but also to become healthier, is a very resourceful book for an easy diet plan. I am completely satisfied with this book. Thanks to the author.

This book provides an easy to follow, basic knowledge of Intermittent Fasting that will set up you for immediate success. Gives you all the fundamentals you will need to understand and follow through with an Intermittent Fasting schedule that will work for you.

Hoped for more but decent info

I was hoping for more specifics. this book is really full of different ways to fast not really geared for a beginner if looking for better instructions.

Who proof reads this stuff?

I was a bit put off when the first 5 minutes were disclaimers essentially saying not to put much faith in the information presented. Then I listened to the content and began to understand why.

At one point, the author says if I want to use a low calorie oil, use olive oil. WHAT? That is just stupid. EVERY oil has the same calorie count.

Later, the author was talking about the importance of allowing time between the last food of the day and bedtime. The statement used was not to 'eat a large meal before dinner' because it wouldn't allow enough time to digest it before going to bed. Who proof reads this stuff? If the author and publisher care that little about the product they are taking to the public, they should be ashamed of themselves. Also, I was really put off by the frequency of begging for Audible reviews of the book. Well Mr William, here you go. I hope you're happy.

Bottom line, don't bother with this book. It is really pretty bad. Get books by Gin Stephens or Dr Jason Fung and you will actually learn some facts.

I'll most likely prescribe this book.

This is terribly attention-grabbing and that I cannot wait to urge started on my thanks to being healthier and losing fat & weight. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I really appreciate this book.

Great for beginners

I really enjoyed every explanations and all parts of the books except the meal plan and recipes. Very disappointed regarding recipe section as very few vegan friendly meals and no recipe inspired by Indian cuisine style despite the fact that they encourage Indian dishes in the meal plan. Also, it said to stay away from tortilla wraps but the meal plan is flooded with it. Sorry to say the book is great for understanding the real benefits and some drawbacks of it but quite disappointing for recipes. Also, the recipes are not given for the meals that are described in the meal plan, which I found very odd!

Great insight and information

Great information about intermittent fasting and the processes the body goes through. Meal plan and recipes would be better if they had a document to download as I’m unlikely to be able to use. It does work as I’ve started this process myself although it does require a lot of mind over matter.
