I love Intermittent Fasting

Everything is so easy to make and I love that. It was so good. I'm really excited to be trying more recipes out. She has tons of different types of things to try and everything looks great. Yummy audiobook!

Very useful, great audio guide!. This is the most useful out of all of these audiobooks like this. I think I've listed most if not all of them. The audio version is listened to by someone who doesn't do the audiobook well.
