This provides a great way of instruction.

This audiobook was very well created. This audiobook gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method the last couple of months to drop weight.

I enjoyed this Audio-book so much!

It was so hard to put down. It was different, in a exciting way. Kept me enthralled throughout the story. It was so different and with a surprising twist. I can't wait to see more of his audio-books.

It was an ok read. The performance was monotonous. I found the frequent mispronunciation of common words annoying and very distracting.

Good information of this audible book

I just received this book and started listening it this morning. I still have a ways to go before I finish it, however, I'm not sorry I made the purchase. The book is informative and provides a good starting point in outlining a plan of action for the new year in incorporating intermittent fasting as one tool towards losing weight. I recommend this book

Great audiobook.

This is a great audiobook. one is obviously better than all the others.it have extraordinary plans with clear guidelines.this audiobook extraordinary cause all of this audiobooks tips are really helpful. i would suggest this audiobook to anyone.
