This book assisted my mom to tackle the issue of being overweight. I got a 5: 2 eating routine for myself. There are plentiful valuable dietary suggestions here.
The tactics are anything but difficult to get ready.

The author is in comparison to his knowledge!

The diet is super tasty. The only thing missing that I see is a list of the best sweeteners to use on a diet, but that is rather easy to google.

Love having tangible cook books. Lots of recipes

When you go through in terms of an authentic Keto cookbook, it falls well short. Almost all the recipes contain a notable amount of carbs, which will kick me out of ketosis.
