One of the better ones out there
To be honest, I was stuck... Weighing over 200 pounds was a nightmare to me, and my confidence was so low that sometimes during the summer I wouldn't leave my house.
And intermittent fasting was one of those things that saved me from all this discomfort I was facing. Such an amazing journey! With the help of this book I already lost 10 solid pounds and don't plan of stoping!

Not too complicated!
Just the right amount of information to start with. First I heard about intermittent fasting from my brother. He lost 10 pounds in 10 days and to me, that was amazing. So I decided to give it aa try and test my own motivation. So far so good. It is the 3rd day and I am happy to announce that I still don't have any plant of quitting. 2 pound weight loss seems very rewarding for such period of time.

Not just for weight loss
I've read quite a few books on fasting but never listened to one, this is my first experience and I really liked it. The book is very insightful and very easy to understand. Don't need to listen twice or three times to get it. Highly recommend this book and the audible platform!

The power of fasting!!!!
Finally! I reached my goal to lose my first 10 pounds. It's been over 20 years since I was fighting my fat belly. And for the first time, I found something that truly works for me. And on top of that, I don't even have to give up my favorite foods straight away, which in most cases just don't work.
The author gave a lot of info about different kinds of fasting styles, so you can find which one fits you best. To me personally, the 16/8 approach works best, but you have to try them all to figure out which ones fit you best. He also gave great advice on simple healthy eating principles so I also slowly give up all the junks I used to be eating.
Love this book! Really passionate and motivated author! Highly recommend for people who want to lose weight and better their health

I am excited
Honestly, I didn't expect too much from this book but it surprised me big time.

As long as I remember myself, since high school I was always a little over weight. I suffered from a lot of bullying in school and was never happy with the way I looked. Now I am 25 years old and the problem is even worse.my confidence is extremely low and I hate myself when I look in the mirror. And I know that one of the main reasons for that is my laziness. So...
Just a few days ago I got this new intermittent fasting book hoping that it will help me to finally achieve my goals and get fit and healthy. The least 3 days were really great, I lost 4 pounds, have more energy and motivation. I truly believe this time that I can do it and with the help of this book I will!

Nice intro to intermittent fasting...
I think that this is a perfect book for lazy people like me who don't like to cook. And the 16-8 approach works really well in this case. While following this diet approach I save a lot of time and actually I have even more energy than before while losing weight - to me that is amazing!

Super-practical!

Just great book!

Lost 20 pounds!
In just 3 short weeks I lost almost 20 pounds of my heavy weight. And you know what is the best part? I still ate my favorite food, just followed 16/8 approach. Amazing!
