I have been struggling with weight throughout my childhood and college years. I have completed numerous exercise programs, multiple diets have been pursued. But my weight returned after original achievement. I studied nutrition, I researched science after practice, but most of the time I stayed fat. I found "IF diet" one day and chose to follow it. It began to show outcomes after a few days and weight continued to go down.

Healthy habits such as "intermittent fasting" or "IF diet" gave me enormous physical and mental health advantages. For the last couple of years, I've been doing "intermittent fasting". One thing I'm still surprised about is its simplicity and how simple it is to follow.

I've been fasting with varying intensities over the past six years. It's one of the few items in my weight loss trip that worked very well for me and improved general health.

Hard to listen to

I have listened to several books on Audible and have finished them all whether I really enjoyed them or not, but I could not finish this book. It sounded like a computer was reading it and said the same thing multiple times throughout the chapters I did finish. I lost interest and focus very quickly.

Good learning material in this book.

This was the first Intermittent Fasting book I have ever purchased. Within a week and a half, I have now purchased three Intermittent Fasting books from the same authors. The information is clear and concise and most of all, valuable! I easily made the 'switch' to Intermittent Fasting and have already made a few of the dishes in Sandra Wexler 's book. The book is quite awesome!

Great book with great tips and examples

This is an excellent book with ideas on how to motivate people I work with to make changes in their lives. The book has great relevance in working with groups not only as theory, but with ideas for group topics. This is a highly recommended book by me!!!

Excessive valuable data involved in this guide

This book keeps maintaining its knowledge

I have to say if you are a beginner or advanced person in Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss this book is great for you!! It provides so much information that can help with stalls and just eating cleaner. I was close to quitting Weight Loss at one point and this book helped me see things differently! This gives are all of the information you need!!

It is a very good book and helpful book.

Wonderful book. I’ve done Weight Loss for years, maybe a decade, but never listen so much insightful information on it until listening this book. Extremely informative for beginners or seasoned dieters. I bought this guide from Amazon and It's helpful for all of us.
