Good recipes

Healthy and fasting recipes there are many new recipes that I'm going to try for first time, i cooked coconut beef curry today, what I like about this book is that its very clearly listen with detailed descriptions of cooking.Very informative book. Great listen. Love this book!

Nice book

Good recipes. Interesting theory, and very fast results from applying these concepts. I would have like more information on health studies and supporting information on the benefits of IF as reported in medical journals. Overall a very good book.

I really enjoyed

really enjoyed and benefited from this book. Lots of practical advice to help you on your intermittent fasting/diet journey.Very easy listen. Easy guideline. Inspirational! Hopeful! Explains the why’s we have trouble as women. All of this is possible through Christ who strengthens me.

Lovely book

Lovely book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well.

Great book

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy book. Health is wealth and when it comes to woman we are very much conscious about our weight and health.

Impotent information

It teaches us when to eat and when not to eat. It also teaches us that involving ourselves in this kind of diet is not a one-shot take. For it to be effective, it should be done constantly, and for life.
