Disappointed in narration.

The thing about audiobooks is...if the narration is bad it makes the content nearly impossible to hear.
Great fasting info in the beginning. The food info in the middle is like...healthy foods 101. If you have ever dieted in your life this is skippable.
I wish there were more science in this book, what helps me to understand and accept a new lifestyle is really understanding how it will help, and what my body will do to fight change, this brings general awareness that allows me to separate emotional or situational reactions to what is normal. I didn’t find that in this book, but I’m sure there are many people who will find this info helpful.

Recipes are really excellent for weight loss.

This was one of the better books that I've perused dependent on this subject.The essayist separates it such that you will probably comprehend and follow.This was short a to the point and there is a major accentuation on doing the one that is directly for you and not getting debilitated when you think its not working.

To gain health with all different kinds of fasting

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy book.I am very hypothyroid and off all thyroid medicines. I lost 14 lbs in 2 weeks and feel great. Its good at explaining how to gain health with all different kinds of fasting.
