Great steps to a perfect diet in this audio book

A clear guide for an enjoyable Fasting diet. From the other books that I have listen, none is better than this. It has given me the right ways that I need to learn and understand to be able to carefully and healthily enjoy this diet. This book is very helpful in so many ways and I greatly appreciate the efforts being put in this book.

Really helped me lose weight with this audio book

I really love this Intermittent Fasting book,its a slow process of dieting but it does really work..I listen this book step by step and started to follow what to eat and whats not good to eat and so far I already lose 8lbs..I have type 2 diabetes sonits a little gard for me to lose weight,so this book really help me to eat that would actually help me as long as you listen and pay attention to it you will lose weight ..

This book encompasses all of it in one complete, well spoken and easy to understand and grasp fashion. It is compact and to the point. It far more than just about a diet book and covers the entirety of the lifestyle, It covers in detail how to lose weight and maintain your body's true balance, but also informs the listener of how intricate body systems work.

Great scientific information in this audio book

Great information on supplements as well. They also address all the myths and misconceptions surrounding this way of eating and if you are in a stall there is a troubleshooting guide. Fasting is covered as well as planning and stocking your pantry. All of this in one book!

I've benefited a great deal from the author on-point Fasting information from their books, blog and Facebook pages, but the science provided in this book blew me away!!
