This book is not really appropriate for audible...

The initial information is great although it really did not give the specifics for women over 50 as the title states and I was looking for. It outlines the different ways you can IF which was interesting and informative.
However as more than 60 percent of the book is limited to recipes, It was as boring as watching paint dry... cook books and recipes in my opinion should be in print with lots of color.

Disappointing

Five chapters describe intermittent fasting and rest of the 43 chapters are recipes read out loud. Would be great for inspriation but I wanted the content to address women and intermittent fasting differences.

Narration was monotonic. Most of the book is recipes read out loud. At least it wasn't a long book.

don't waste your time or money

As a potential kidney donor over 50, I've read a lot about IF to control blood sugar, weight, diabetes etc. I was excited when I saw this book and I was extremely disappointed when i listened to it. The content of this book is superficial and general, and 'Women over 50' was mentioned only in passing a few times. Over one entire hour which is more than half the book, (specifically chapters 8-43), is the narrator reading recipes that could more effectively been provided with a PDF. The performance itself was similar to the reading of a technical manual. Thank you, Audible, for the return program.

This is nothing more than a glorified blog post.

Very elementary, so if you're just looking for a quick overview, this might be ok. But there is very little to back up the info provided and more than half the "book" is recipes.

I would have enjoyed more personal al stories of how IF helped someone over 50. The oral recipes are hard to listen to and create.

I wasn’t interested in an oral recipe book

The explanation of how to conduct the intermittent fast was way too short
Audio cookbooks are worthless as one has to write very fast and miss something.

Intermittent Fasting is everything i need! This will sound like a broken record but it is my story so it is worth audio. if we benefited from this book, you can, too! Intermittent Fasting is awesome! Love that book! Great

Good book for beginners

This book was very well audio. Think of it like finding that absolute perfect fitting outfit. Health is wealth and when it comes to woman we are very much conscious about your weight and health.
