Good listen on intermittent fasting. I would recommended this to anyone who is starting out and wanting to learn the basics. Wonderful audio book. It started me on my journey of weight loss. I love food and I like the idea of delaying rather than denying something I love! I would recommend this audio book to anyone interested in learning about this audio book! Amazing

It was amazing for me to see the favourable changes my body made over time since I started intermittent fasting. It was a super nice feeling to be able to see that I was losing weight, my health was improving and my lifestyle was changing positively. I really liked it!

Very detailed

One of the attractive details of this audiobook is that it is quite prospective, because during intermittent fasting women over 50 may suffer from depressive states in some cases, which can be easily overcome by applying the tools contained here. The best fasting

So far this method of losing weight and staying healthy during my 50's has been the best thing I've tried. I loved learning about intermittent fasting with the help of this audiobook. It was very easy to understand and I enjoyed listening to the author motivate the listener to change some bad eating habits for healthier ones.

The narration is awful

I take nothing from. the writer. I am sure the information is pure gold but I just couldn't follow it because the narrator read it in the strangest way I have ever heard. She pauses half way through sentences where there is not meant to be a pause. Sometimes she pauses half through a word!! She really struggles with long words, mispronouncing them or mumbling them. The inflection and emphasis on words or phrases is bizarre. The meanings just stopped making sense. she would start a sentence, get half way through, her voice would go up as if it was the inflection at the end of a sentence. She would pause so you think it was the end. Then she would read the rest of the sentence and the first half of the next sentence without stopping! I didn't get past the fourth chapter!
