Excellent Book!

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy book.

The audiobook was easy to understand, entertaining and factual. He would like everyone to eat grass fed, organic and pastured products. He acknowledges that isn't possible for everyone and says to do the best you can.

Lots of good information in one place.

Lots of good information in one place, mostly supported by science. I found it bothersome that scientific claims do not contain direct citations to published research, and that chapters contain a bibliography with citations lacking reference. Also, very much speculation around how primitive humans lived as a means to justify claims, make reading somewhat annoying.

I learned a lot from listening this audiobook. I never realized how many of the foods I eat daily contain so much sugar. All the breads, cereals and even the yogurt I eat contains sugar. The recipes I have used which contain honey or other things I thought made them sugar free,

Great listen. Anyone who is interested in fasting should read this and Dr Jason The Obesity Code. This audiobook covers intermittent, alternate day, and extended fasting with key benefits of each, techniques for safe and healthy "refeeding," and encouragement in the form of success stories.
