The first part of the 2 part program is so general, it is of no help. The second part reads like some one's master's thesis; very dry and with too much detail to be helpful.

I found it HELPFUL!!

I believe this book will be extremely helpful to anybody who is curious about intermittent fasting. This book was very well written. It was an easy and understandable read. The other books I read were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand. The important difference is the other book mentioned over and over that you can eat whatever you want on the diet, during your eating window. That information is not true. This book explains the diet very well. I highly recommend it. And the best part is the diet really works.
