The Basics of Intermittent Fasting

This book has all the basics for intermittent fasting, some recipes and some suggestions for how you can use meditation to make it easier to lose weight. I loved that I got tips that I have started using and I am not yet 50. It really is a book for everyone.

My fiancé was beyond pleased with this book

My fiancé uses my Audible account and I saw this book randomly sitting in my library: I asked her about it and she told me she HAD to get it! She loves this book so much and I've seen her implement things she learned from this book into her own life. She was never really positive about intermittent fasting but this book gave her assurance and is taking her diet to the next level.

Needed for loosing weight

Life Changing!

I have always known and heard about intermittent fasting, but I never tried it for myself nor did I believe in it. One friend of mine told me how she was doing intermittent fasting, and I finally caved in and got this book to see what all the fuss is about. I was definitely skeptical while listing to this book, but since I've taken the information and applied it to my life and diet I have noticed astronomic changes for good. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book and I am so glad I did!

Best weight loss book

I had no idea this would work so well for my girlfriend. She would always talk about how she wanted to loose weight and had no idea how to do it. That's when I had the idea to get this audiobook. It was suggested my a friends and once she gave a listen she never turned back. I highly recommend this book for anyone that wants to loose weight or help a love one to do the same!

Learning a healthy lifestyle

Over my childhood years, my parents have always done intermittent fasting. I never saw the benefits of it, other than them complaining about being hungry. After listening to this book, one can tell that there are plenty of positive outcomes from doing this sort of fasting. This being said, weight has always been a worry of mine so this was very much needed as I go into my adult years. I enjoyed this listen and would highly recommend it to anyone interested!!
