Horrible! Do not buy!

Horrible reading experience! The entire time I was trying to listen to it I kept thinking that the book sounds like it was written in another language and translated very badly into English! I would like my money back! It’s almost comical how it reads and it would be it I hadn’t been ripped off financially!

Very strange, poorly written

The ideas in this book are not overly complicated but are made to sound as if they are. The author uses and often misuses scientific language unnecessarily. Furthermore, the reader mispronounces many words and obviously doesn’t understand what she is saying. I wanted to learn about fasting, some the information is helpful, but the language is distracting.

Lots of information and tips!!

Wonderful audio book. It started me on my journey of weight loss.I love food and I like the idea of delaying rather than denying something I love! I would recommend this audio book to anyone interested in learning about this audio book! A great way to weight loss!

Most Boring Audio Book ever

I am very interested in learning about fasting and after listening to this audible for two chapters I have lost all interest. It is the most non engaging and boring audible ever. The author does not helps with the content at all.

If you know anything about IF, skip this book

I was interested in this title based on the “for women over 50” aspect. There was one chapter related to that topic and it did not tell me anything I didn’t already know.

This book repeats the same thing over and over again. If you are the kind of learner that needs to hear things many times before you retain it, then we his book is for you. Otherwise, I don’t recommend for anyone.

Narrator robotic

I really wanted to hear the content, but this narrator is very robotic as she reads. I just couldn't continue listening.
This book might be easier to read, but it was very jumpy as I tried to follow along on the audible. I was super interested in reading this material, so I am very sad to return this book.

This comes off like a poor English translation.
Narrator was fine-- but the writing was just too strange.
