Good book

I like that this book was informational in how to eat and what to eat and it gave a brief history and recipes. Nice reference book after listening it through.

Can't rate the book

Rating does not allow number of stars to be chosen. Would give a low rating of 2 stars if I was able to rate the audiobook. Struggled with the way the book was read. seemed like she was reading a book to children. The content was very basic and repetitive.
