A true gem!

I have spent months going from one guide to another to try, which has been the first to stick. The recipes alone gave me plenty of reason to see this one stand out from the crowd; absolutely delicious. Suppose you, like me, have been struggling to get into intermittent fasting and have already given up on other diets. In that case, this brilliant audiobook is for you to start your brand new journey with. It's never too late to take yourself to the next level and improve your health and lifestyle. 10/10 - the best intermittent guide, and I will be recommending this to my book club this week.

The best guide for fasting

Simply the best guide for fasting if you ask me! I have had such a huge success following the advice Lane Gordon provided in this fantastic audiobook. I lost 20 pounds quickly, which motivated me to keep going. Usually, I just cannot stick to a diet for a prolonged period, but since the results came around, I just could not stop! This guide has everything one needs – information on correct nutrition, foods to avoid, foods that are good for you, many sample recipes, and more! So, my wife and I are on our merry way to achieving our dream bods – even in your fifties, it is not too late, hehe!

Packed full of tips and info

This audiobook is packed full of useful tips and well-researched information. Lane Gordon did a fantastic job on this volume – it envelops what fasting is all about and how beneficial it is, especially in or after you hit fifty. The meal recipes are phenomenal too! I cooked up a few of the dishes on the first evening of owning this audiobook, and even my fussy daughter ate all of the food up! Not only did fasting make me lose weight, but it encouraged me to take care of myself more. It is probably the correct diet that helped me feel so invigorated and energetic!

Accurate and invaluable

Suppose there is anything I want to say about Lane Gordon’s audio guide to fasting. In that case, it is this: I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend getting it if you are serious about fasting. I have always been a big gal, and after failing so many diet attempts, I simply let myself go for years. When I realized I could become a grandma at any point, I wanted to start taking care of myself (mainly my weight). I got this audiobook due to a friend’s recommendation, and I never looked back. Fasting did wonders to my health, both physical and mental. I am not only getting all the nutrients I need but also losing this hanging belly!

Very well done

Very well done to both the author, Lane Gordon, and the fantastic narrator too. It is an incredible audiobook on fasting, which includes information about proper nutrition and the benefits of this diet and plenty of recipes for you to try out. All of them are delicious – tried and tested by yours truly! I found the content easy to follow and digest, especially if you like to go on a “one chapter per one sitting” basis. Well organized, researched, and narrated – yet again, Lane Gordon does not cease to bring her audience only the best of the best! That is precisely why I decided to give this audiobook a five-star rating – it is too good not to do that!

A must-listen for 50+ ladies

Any lady in her fifties and wants to stay slim and healthy must listen to this audiobook. I got quite depressed when I hit my mid-fifties last month, but then my wonderful hubby got me this audiobook. He knows that I had tried many diets before and failed (quite “spectacularly,” as he likes to point out). He was encouraging, and we started to implement my fasting into our daily lives. Following the advice from this book allowed me to shed those pesky pounds in no time! I feel like a younger woman! 10/10 would purchase again, haha!

The recipes are very easy to implement in your daily life, plus Lane Gordon’s advice is not only high-quality and effective but also motivates you to keep going with your weight loss. It is a definite 10 out of 10 for my wife and me – we are both getting into our wedding dresses again!

An intriguing subject – initially, I had no interest in losing weight. Still, since I listened to this audiobook (using it originally as background noise), I found out I learned more than I thought I would! Fasting is actually really good for you, and I even feel much better now!

Fasting is for you if you are looking for a stable diet that will bring both quick weight loss results and yummy dishes. Alongside that, Lane Gordon’s writing style is not only informative but also motivating, so the worry about “not sticking to fasting” is gone! :)

Weird narration

Absolutely THE worst narration ever, deeply annoying, I just couldn't listen to another word so after enduring 30 mins I gave up so who knows whether the book is any good or not.
