Good information to know

As you get older, especially over fifty, your hormones changes, which causes us to gain weight. It is real easy to put weight on, but not so easy to take off. My body is healthy

It is an immense happiness to be able to say that I have a healthy body, and I owe it to this audiobook that gave me everything I needed to enjoy an incredible physique. This book provides a great way of instruction

This in my opinion is the best Audiobook on intermittent dieting for women over 50. all the steps to get started are explained in a simple but professional way. What I am most grateful to the author of this Audiobook was that he put the common mistakes that are made when starting with intermittent fasting, as it undoubtedly helped me to avoid many of them that I probably would have made.

I love this Intermittent Fasting for Women

Intermittent Fasting For Women was an eye-opener. I was always having problems losing weight, and I never thought fasting could help. With larger healthy meals less frequently it can lead to your diet success. Researched for a woman's metabolism, easy to listen to and a thirty-day program to get you started. I look forward to dropping those pounds.
