Controlling my health

I must say that I didn't expect such fast results with this method of eating, but it has really worked for me. Hearing about intermittent fasting kept me in doubt about how it would work, but the author of this audiobook really helps to clear up a lot of the doubts I had. I feel confident that I can maintain good health using this type of intermittent fasting.

What I needed

I used to suffer from high blood pressure and cholesterol, with this method I have reduced my problems, I am constantly checking my health and it is under control and without a doubt I feel good, I don't want to say that it cures diseases but it helps you to be healthier. I love intermittent fasting and I continue to do it because I feel healthy and much more active. I really like the narration and all the content of this book.

Good for women

An excellent guide

This audiobook is one of the best ways to reduce fat in a fast and healthy way because when the body feels that the day begins and does not receive any food it starts in a fasting process in this process autophagy begins, this is when the body produces energy for the function of extracting fat from itself.
