Very simple & easily grasped

Fantastic and amazing

During your feeding window it's important to choose healthy food. There's no actual list of what to and not eat only suggestions. That may be to lax for some. Hearing about the health benefits makes Intermittent Fasting more appealing to me

This is an excellent intermittent fasting guide

If you want to lose weight, have more energy and slow the aging process, than I would recommend this book. This book explains what intermittent fasting is and how to start it. It discusses the seven methods to this diet, and the benefits of doing one of these methods.
