Following menopause, I developed a major weight gain problem. I tried a variety of weight-loss methods, but none of them worked for me. Then I made the decision to practice intermittent fasting and ordered this audible to help me out. Now I'm on my road to getting back into shape.

This audio-book taught me that intermittent fasting is the best technique for women over 50 to lose stubborn body fat, especially if they don't exercise or don't have a lot of time to consume good meals.
