This intermittent fasting guide for women over 50 is incredibly well made. The narrator has an amazing voice, which makes the book easy to follow along.

felt like recycled information... tired

really struggled with this one... so general, and unrelatable to me. I love medical facts statistics I devoured Obesity Code and Diabetes Code. Totally lost me on recommendation of glass of fruit juice as a choice of daily fruit.

Maybe a good choice for someone just considering leaving SAD ( Standard American Diet)

This was not what i needed

This book is more about nutrition and very little information on IF. It’s super helpful if your just getting started in nutrition. But if your looking for fasting details, this is not the book.
