in the vein of cheaper natural solutions
this is a great read, though stressful. basically, breast feeding, keeping your children's mouth closed during sleep/normal daily routine will help develop proper oak posture. this will prevent malocclusion, this preventing many more difficult diseases like adhd, sleep apnea, heart disease, obesity... so. breathe through your nose, chew tough things and exercise your jaw, and keep your mouth closed when not speaking. teeth should rest lightly touching. maybe a little longer than necessary but still totally fascinating.

Good information
I am a dentist and have seen a lot of this first hand. It is interesting to see the evolutionary process of the human jaw and how it relates to malocclusion. I think it’s promotion of preventative postural and program therapy based treatment is interesting the American healthcare system is very far away to promote something like this as what it states in the booms we are very treatment based as preventative care is not valued.

Can’t listen to the full audiobook
Extremely fascinating and easy to understand book but after using one of my credits to “buy” it I’m only able to listen to the sample. I open up the chapters section and all of it is grayed out and I can’t select anything. I can only listen to the 5 minute long sample clip over and over again.

Extraordinarily Useful Information
Neither the general public nor most dental or other health
care professionals have a good basic understanding of this topic; unfortunately far too many treatment modalities that never address the root cause of why we have crowded teeth, narrow jaws, breathing issues and developmental concerns that can cause life-long problems.
This book is extraordinarily useful, and contains a wealth of information I wish I had access to prior to having children.

These Should Be The Basics
Just like so many areas of health "care" (health "repair" as the book suggests), we've got foundational understanding twisted and thrown physiology by the wayside. It's so easy to understand as it's laid out herein, why don't we just learn these as basics in the first place if we're to be taught anything at all about oral care growing up.

Crucial information for every human to put into action

Fascinating
I always like to fact check things I hear or read. A lot of the discussion about the benefits of an unprocessed diet, extended breastfeeding, and proper oral posture is documented in other areas of research too.
Even if there is not much opportunity to influence jaw development as an adult, there is certainly opportunity as a child. None of these strategies are harmful, so I will definitely be implementing them in my household.

Narration is terrible
The subject is very interesting but the narration is way to fast with no pauses. I could only get half way through the book.
