An Inspirational Journaling Guide

Just like everyone else who's come across this book, I've been thinking of journaling for some time but never really found the motivation to do it. Lots of big names preach about how it helps them immensely to achieve their goals, but I've still felt a bit embarrassed about keeping a diary-like thing. That was naive. The book was short so I gave it a chance. Basically, it gave me the reassurance that journaling is nothing that I should be ashamed of and was actually really helpful in suggesting how to go about doing it effectively too. Admittedly, the narrator can be a bit monotonous, but the content was clear. Anyway, if you're seriously thinking about journaling, then give it a go - it's only an hour.

I've been meaning to start journaling for a while now and this book helped motivate me and give me the confidence I needed to get going. It's well read and the advice is clear and engaging.

A well written, well researched book.

The topics of this book are well researched and it shows through the examples used to describe the benefits of journaling. It is also written in a manner that is both enjoyable to listen to and easy to follow. It is very convincing and I would hope that anyone listening or reading this would be inclinced to give journaling a go.
