Very helpful.

Anyone can get started juicing. To have true success with it, you had to follow directions right as they are stated. The benefits of juicing will forever help your mind and body, literally.

I love this book. This will not only help me to stay fit but help me become healthy and physically fit as well! I like all the juicing recipes the author provides. Great details about risks and disease prevention too. Excellent!

beginners are being led astray. awful.

so many ridiculous things in here.
roast a sweet potato before juicing it? why? that would remove all the moisture! and it's no longer a living food ... again elsewhere mentioning you can cook foods before juicing? OMG! ...
remove the stems before juicing strawberries? that's just unnecessary! ... he literally said carrot juice has more fiber! ok. juicing removes the fiber. did anyone edit this manuscript? ...
juice papaya seeds? any idea how peppery they are? why not mention THAT instead of repeating in each recipe there is no cooking time? ... don't use juicing to skip meals--really? then what is a juice fast? ... the list of misinformation is endless.
This book is full of filler to add volume--ex.: "rinse with cold water then pat dry with a paper towel" repeated over and over, while actual knowledge and insight is sorely lacking. true beginners are being led astray. how did this book even get published? Shame on the author and the publisher.

A Helpful Guide!

I have tried juicing a while back, but it requires a lot of preparation which I did not have time for, so I stopped it. But this audio book gives insight into the part of the process to focus on to have a fresh cup of clean juice a day. Juicing helps maintains youthfulness, and this will be recommended to have the energy to the needed daily activities.

This is a great book

I am definitely a "beginner" when it comes to juicing, but after reading this book I feel like a professional. Juicing for Beginners wastes no time, and does a great job of getting right to the point. I was very impressed by the sheer number of recipes, but the best part of the book is the way it breaks down the health benefits of every ingredient.

The ultimate juicing guide

This is the perfect book for easy juicing. This book is really very helpful and most of the recipes are delicious. The important thing is that I can see results since I took the decision to juice every day. I also work out a few times a week and eat organic only. Good content tho.
