Unusable without actual book

It seems like a computer generated voice is describing pictures of exercises. Without the actual pictures impossible to follow.

painful to listen to

the narrator is awful and makes it sound like there are words missing from the text. total waste of money

There were few tidbits hidden in here, but the narration was very hard to follow making information seem convoluted.

Why did I wait so long?

Until I was an adult I just took breathing for granted. I was taught many things growing up but I can't say that I was ever taught how to breathe. Okay, I was given a few instructions for playing sports in elementary school but that was it. I highly recommend Jason Cooper's audio-books.

Lots of Vital Data Accumulated In This Book.

It explains how the brain works and your thought process. It explains how you can conquer depression and anxiety by using certain tools to help you control your thoughts. I hope you must find this audible book useful!

Voiced by robot

Really really bad firstly it's voice by some computer programs which hasn't been programed properly what it say doesn't make sense the script wasn't written properly so it's very confusing don't waste your money.

I had to stop after 10 minutes

I dont know whats going on with the narration, or why it keeps saying random numbers and lines and just general nonsense. I had to stop after 10 minutes because its making me more agitated than i was before i tried to find a breathing book to make me less agitated!

Awful narration

This says it’s narrated by a person but I don’t think it was. Some of it was pronounced oddly or didn’t make sense in context - which makes me think the audio is computer generated.
