Publisher's Summary

Do you break into a cold sweat every time you look at a menu?

Ever been sure you were going to marry someone from high school, and one glance at their Facebook page after graduation showed you what a mistake that would have been?

Are you struggling right now to decide if you should get this book?

Every day, we make about 35,000 decisions. For most people, that’s 35,000 opportunities to have an aneurysm from agonizing over the “right” choice.

Decision deadlocks in career, relationships, and life in general leave us not knowing which way to go and not trusting our own judgment. Everything feels like life or death, leaving us afraid to make a move and agonizing over our choice when we finally do.

Making decisions that stick comes down to three things:

  1. Understanding how your brain works so you can make it work in your favor
  2. Getting over fear, a lack of confidence, and an inability to trust yourself
  3. Common sense

This book helps with all three.

You’ll discover:

  • The psychological phenomenon that causes you to misinterpret situations
  • The “four pains” you suffer in analysis paralysis
  • How a jar of pureed fruit proves less really is more
  • The three hacks from Fortune 500 companies to make your choices easier
  • How to reframe potential downsides and confidently pursue upsides
  • And more!

At the end of the day, it’s decisions that stand between the life you have now and the life you want - decisions you’re likely petrified to make for fear they’ll turn out wrong.

This is the book I wish I had when I was working myself into a tizzy over every metaphorical fork in the road. This is not your grandmother’s self-help.

Even if you’ve always been indecisive, it’s time to make snap decisions in a snap and make big decisions better so you can make informed choices with better outcomes.

If you want to see clearly, think clearly, and have the confidence to make and stick to your decisions, scroll up and decide to get this audiobook today.

Hard and helpful love.

This book has done a lot in helping the American state to be critical. It helped me understand many things about myself and why I am so hard on myself. I am determined to make changes, and I want to make changes too. I feel less and less.

Now I understand myself and people better.

I've always been very hard on myself and others because I was indecisive and never really thought about why we think so much. But this book sheds light on the darkness. He was more understanding and compassionate with me. , but he also had a lot of good advice to give.

You don't have to be the person who doesn't understand shit. You can stop thinking about anything and stop living with fear of making decisions. This self-help audiobook is a great place to start.

Great book in my book!

I found this audiobook to be informative and it also made me laugh plenty. Not as in depth as Thinking Fast and Slow or Blink, but it was just the right amount of self help I needed and was fun to listen to.

Master the art of decision making

Decision making is an art. Being decisive is a skill. Thinking clearly is an art. Luckily, the good thing about that is that arts and skills can be honed, practiced, improved, and mastered. That’s where this audiobook comes in. Would recommend. Two thumbs up over here.

Self help I can get through

I’ve purchased and started mannnnnny self help books. But I’ve finished very few. Reese Owen is one of those rare authors where I can actually finish one of her books. Her and Jen Sincero.

Well it’s no Thinking Fast & Slow lol…

Nothing like the Daniel Kahneman book, but certainly had a few more laughs in it. I found that this book did a good job of delivering helpful information in a fun and friendly way. I would recommend.
